Production & Shipping

All of our luxurious products are lovingly created especially for you. Please be advised that our production partners require 12 to 14 business days to produce our Magical Hug Blankets. Most other products require 4 to 7 business days. We understand that this process takes a little longer than pre-made items, but we believe that it is worth it. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps us combat overproduction and waste, so thank you for making responsible and thoughtful choices when it comes to your purchases!

To make your shopping experience as enjoyable as possible, we currently only deliver within the U.S. We offer Free Shipping on all orders.

The majority of our orders are shipped via UPS Mail Innovations (UPS MI) which means UPS handles the long distance transportation and then the package is handed over to the post office for the final local delivery. Please allow 10 delivery days of no movement before you reach out to us for a replacement order or refund as the order is most likely delayed and not lost.
