When will my items be shipped?
At Lady Abigail all of our luxurious products are lovingly created especially for you. Please be advised that our production partners require 5 to 9 business days to complete each order to ensure each product meets our high quality standards.
We are using multiple production partners to provide you with the highest quality product offerings. This may result in your order shipping from different locations at different times. Of course we will give you updates for each item in your order.
Shipping times are calculated with business days, Monday-Friday, not including holidays. Please allow 10 delivery days of no movement before you reach out to us for a replacement order or refund as the order is most likely delayed and not lost. You can reach us at support@ladyabigail.com.
Where are my items shipping from?
As previously stated, we do use multiple production partners, so your order may ship from different locations within the USA.
How will my items be shipped?
Since we use multiple production partners, we cannot guarantee which shipping carrier will be used for your order. We do NOT ship to PO Boxes as we can't guarantee the order will be shipped using a courier that can deliver to the PO Box. Please keep that in mind when entering your shipping information.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time.
Can I make a change to, or cancel, my order?
Once an order has been submitted, we can not make any changes. We are not able to change any part of your order. We are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed. Be sure to double and triple-check your items, quantities, and shipping information before submitting your order.
How is the shipping cost calculated for my order?
We currently offer Free Shipping on ALL US orders.
What if my package is returned to the seller as undeliverable?
Any packages returned to the sellers that are labeled by the shipping carrier as undeliverable will be refunded when returned to the seller. Refunds will be issued to the payment method used for that specific order unless the package is returned after the package is 40 days old. Packages older than 25 days will be refunded as store credit.
Why isn't my order going through?
First, make sure that all of the items that are in your cart are still available on the site. If an item that is in your cart has already sold out or has been removed from the site, the order will not process. You can hit remove to delete those unavailable items from your cart.
If you are receiving an AVS error when trying to check out, that means that the billing information, or CVV number on the back of your card, that you have entered in during check out does not match the billing address that your bank or cardholder has on file for that card.
Be sure to use an up-to-date browser when looking at the site, like Google Chrome.
Can I return my order?
If you don't love your purchase please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund. Please contact us at support@ladyabigail.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Personalized and digital products are non-returnable. See our Refund Policy for more information.
What do I do if the item I received is damaged or defective?
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have up to 25 days after the shipped date to submit a claim. To start a claim, take a picture(s) of the item clearly showing the issue. Please email the picture(s) along with your Order Number and a brief description of the issue to support@ladyabigail.com. You can expect a response from our Customer Service Team within 1-3 business days. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. We will do our best to process any claims as quickly as possible.
